Heard Shri Ukey, the learned Advocate for the applicant and Shri S.P. Deshpande, the learned Advocate holding for Shri Lohiya, the learned Advocate for the non-applicant nos. 1 and 2. None for other nonapplicants. Though the learned Advocate for the non-applicant nos. 1 and 2 opposed the application, considering the facts on the record, I am satisfied that the delay of 27 days in filing the appeal is required to be condoned. The delay is condoned.
