By this petition, the petitioners have sought a direction to the respondent nos.1 to 3 to release the amount of difference in the pension of the petitioners for the period mentioned in the writ petition in accordance with the revision effected in pursuance of the recommendations of the 6th Pay Commission.

Shri Bisen, the learned counsel for the respondent no.3, states on instructions that the amount due and payable to the petitioners has been released in favour of the petitioners and the same is also deposited in their account.

Mrs.Raskar, the learned counsel for the petitioners, states on instructions from some of the petitioners that the amount due and payable to the petitioners has been paid. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
