2] These applications are for condonation of delay caused in filing application for restoration of the First Appeal, which was dismissed in default for not filing of private paper-book by this Court vide order dated 16/07/2017, and for restoration of the First Appeal.

3] Considering the reasons mentioned in the applications, the same are allowed. Delay caused in filing the application for restoration of the First Appeal stands condoned. Appeal stands restored to the file, subject to the appellant depositing Rs.1,000/- with the Vidarbha Lady Lawyer's Association, Nagpur.
