Civil Application No.1673/2016 seeks amendment of the petition inter alia by producing some documents which, according to the learned counsel for the petitioners / applicants, were part of the enquiry before the Committee as well as the School Tribunal. There are also some other documents, which have been generated during the pendency of the present petition, but which, according to the learned counsel for the petitioners / applicants, are continuation of the earlier record. Subject to the respondents' right to object to the consideration of these documents and also their challenge on merits, the amendment is allowed. The amendment to be carried out within two weeks. The respondents may file a comprehensive reply dealing with the amended petition within a period of two weeks thereafter. The civil application is disposed of. No costs. JUDGE Tambaskar.
