DATE : 26/07/2023 1] The impugned order dated 30.6.2023 cancels the explosive license granted to the petitioner on the ground that the NOC issued by the District Magistrate has been cancelled.

2] It is contended that an appeal is pending before the learned Divisional Commissioner challenging the cancellation of NOC by the District Magistrate by his order dated 8.6.2023, on account of which the petition is sought to be withdrawn with liberty to file afresh consequent to the result of the appeal by the Commissioner.
