The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file an Appeal under Section 60 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951. He further submits that the appeal would be filed within a period of one week from today, and prays for a direction to the concerned Authority to decide the same within a stipulated period.

If the appeal is filed within a period of one week from today, the Authority concerned i.e. the Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur Division, Nagpur to decide the same within a period of two months thereafter.
