Learned counsel Shri D.S.Khushalani for the applicant, submits that during pendency of this application Investigating Officer filed chargesheet and, therefore, the applicant intends to withdraw the application since he wants to file an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to challenge the chargesheet.

The prayer is accepted.

The criminal application is rejected as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to challenge the chargesheet.
