The appellant shall file private paper-book within six months.

CIVIL APPLICATION F. NO.2464/2013 The appellant has deposited 75% of the amount as per the order passed by this Court on 2.9.2013. The interim order

1302fa105.15.odt granted by this Court on 2.9.2013 shall continue till the decision of the appeal.

The respondent nos.1(i) to 1(iii) are permitted to withdraw Rs.4,20,000/- [Rs.1,40,000/- for each of the respondent nos.1 (i) to 1 (iii)]. The balance amount shall be invested in fixed deposit in the Nationalized Bank initially for a period of three years and to be renewed every year till the decision of the appeal.

The civil application is disposed of in the above terms.
