In both these writ petitions, the petitioners pray that the applications moved by them issuance of FL-III License that are pending with the Authorities but have not been considered till date be directed to be decided.

Pursuant to notice issued in the writ petitions, it is submitted by the learned AGP that necessary reports from the Police Department are still

Considering the limited relief sought, both the writ petitions are disposed of by directing the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider the applications moved by the petitioners for issuance of FL-III License. Necessary decision be taken within a period of six weeks from today.
