DATED : 07-1-2015 Though the reasons given in the application are lacking in some details, considering the facts of the case and the fact that the application is not opposed by the non-applicant inasmuch as reply is not filed, the application is allowed. However, as the delay is of 918 days, the applicant shall pay costs of Rs.2000/- to the learned Advocate for the respondent Nos.1(i) to 1(iii). The amount of costs shall be paid till 02-3-2015 and acknowledgment shall be filed on the record of this appeal, failing which this order shall stand recalled and the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
