On 3-9-2025, following order was passed.

"Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has tendered across bar reply. Same is taken on record. Notice was issued in relation to prayer clause (d) which reads as under :

"d) direction to respondent no. 1 to 3 to consider representation dated 04.03.2025 and decide the same by taking action against the accused persons and against the concerned police personnel in the interest of justice."

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the representation dated 4-3-2025 has been decided and the concerned police has been suggested to move the trial Court for cancellation of bail of the accused, namely, Atul Rajput.

Considering above development, learned counsel for the petitioner shall take instructions whether to pursue the cause.

List in the week commencing from 15-9-2025."

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to take

2 cr. wp 511.2025 recourse as available in law. Permission granted. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
