By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the direction of respondent Nos.1 and 2 and claimed the entire amount deposited by the petitioner or grant time to excavate sand from the river. During the pendency of the petition, the petitioner has preferred representation dated 18/06/2023.

In view of that representation, the Collector is to verify whether the 54 brass transit pass is returned, if it is returned, he shall make payment to the petitioner. 3.

The Collector shall decide the representation within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

In view of this, the writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
