On July 14, 2022, Shri Avdhesh Kesari, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2, was directed to examine the grievance of the petitioners and whether the same could be redressed in the light of the judgments that were annexed to the application for final disposal of the writ petition. Learned counsel submits that the said judgments would not be applicable to the facts of the present case especially considering the prayers made in the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition would be required to be heard. 2.

Place this writ petition for final hearing in the second week of August 2022.
