(i) The respondent No.4-Divisional Joint Registrar Co-operative Societies, Nagpur shall accept the filing of revision. If such revision is filed, it shall be decided in accordance with law.

(ii) Needless to mention that this order shall not be construed as a direction to entertain the revision without mandatory deposit.
