DATE : August 23, 2018 By this application it is prayed that the judgment dated 13/04/2015 in First Appeal No.701/2002 be corrected so as to include reference to Gat No.18 admeasuring 1 hectare 21 acres. Perused the judgment of the Reference Court which indicates that enhancement was sought for both the lands bearing Gat Nos.13 and 18. Accordingly, the judgment dated 13/04/2015 is corrected. Paragraph 10(1)(a) shall read as under :

For land bearing Gat No.13 admeasuring 1 hectare 83 acres and Gat No.18 admeasuring 1 hectare 21 acres the appellant is entitled to compensation at the rate of Rs.1,50,000/- per hectare. Necessary corrections be carried out in the original judgment. Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. JUDGE Asmita
