Shri Amit Madiwale, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for the respondent no.1 and Shri S.V. Sohoni, learned counsel waives service of notice for the respondent no.2. 2.

The only prayer made in the writ petition is for consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2022. By that representation the petitioner seeks benefit of husband and wife unification policy in the matter of transfer. Since the petitioner and her husband are stated to be serving at a distance of 132 kilometers, said request has been made.

Accordingly, the respondent no.2 is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2022 in accordance with law and take a decision within a period of three weeks of receiving copy of this order. Decision taken be communicated to the petitioner. 4.
