DATE : 10.6.2016 The petitioners have challenged the order passed by the Revenue Tribunal on 4th February, 2011 by filing this petition on 5th August, 2014. The explanation given in paragraph No.20 of the writ petition explaining the latches is not sufficient. The learned Advocate for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition. The petition is disposed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
