Heard.

The applicant is arrested on 30th June, 2017 in connection with Crime No.364 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the Investigating Agency, there was some quarrel between husband of the applicant and father of the complainant, that the applicant caught hold of the father of the complainant, and her husband assaulted him by fists and kicks because of which he died. The father of the complainant was 82 years old at the time of incident. The application is opposed on the ground that statement of some eyewitnesses show the involvement of the applicant in the commission of crime and investigation is still in progress.

2 ba665.17 Considering the facts of the case, nature of the incident, nature of accusations against the applicant and that the applicant is woman aged about 45 years and she is not involved in any other crime/offence earlier, following order is passed :

The applicant having been arrested in connection with Crime No.364 of 2017 registered by the non-applicant, she be released on bail on executing P. R. Bond for Rs.25,000/- and furnishing one solvent surety in the like amount.

The application is allowed accordingly.
