The present petition challenges an order of stay granted by respondent No.2 Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies and Fisheries. The stay was to his own order passed earlier on 15th June, 2017. The stay granted by respondent No.2 was for a limited period i.e. till 15th August, 2017. By an order dated 20th July, 2017 in this petition that order was stayed till the adjourned date. The stay has since expired during pendency of this petition. Respondent No.4 challenging originally the order passed by respondent No.2 has now preferred revision before the State Government and the said revision is pending. Accordingly, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such. No order as to costs.
