This is an application for adding the subsequent purchaser of the suit property as party respondent. 2.

Perused the application. Heard the learned Advocate for both the sides.

Learned Advocate for the appellant pointed out the copy of the sale deed and copy of the plaint of Special Civil Suit No.37/2018 along with Exh.1.

Perused the documents filed on record. It appears that the subsequent purchasers are to be arrayed in this appeal as party respondents. In the interest of justice, the application is therefore allowed as prayed. The amendment be carried out forthwith.
