The learned counsel for the applicant points out the typographical error committed while reproducing the prayer clause (iii) in para 2 of the Order dated 26.11.2025. 2.

Accordingly, clauses-(iii), which was reproduced in para 2, is to be read as under:

"iii) alternatively it is prayed that the aforesaid land, having not vested with the government and lying unutilized as it is and having not used for the purpose for which it was acquired, it be released in favour of the petitioner." 3.

After carrying out the above referred corrections, the order be uploaded afresh.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
