Heard.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 125 of 2018 registered with the Hingna Police Station for offences punishable under section 13(1)(c)(d) read with section 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and section 420, 468, 471 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The submission of Shri R.L. Khapre, the learned counsel for the applicant is that even according to the prosecution 618 students were shown by the class teacher in the attendance register and the number of students recorded by the applicant is 617.

It is but obvious, that the applicant has not inflated the number of students.

In this view of the matter, the application shall have to be allowed. The application is allowed. In the event of arrest in Crime 125 of 2018, registered at Police Station, Hingna, the applicant shall be released on furnishing personal bond of Rs. 15,000/- with a

The applicant shall attend Anti-corruption Bureau, Nagpur as and when required by the Investigating Officer.

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence nor shall he attempt to influence the witnesses in any manner.
