Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners. This Application has been made for bringing on record the legal heirs of the Petitioner Nos.7, 8, 22, 26 and 51. It is stated that during the pendency of the petition, the aforesaid Petitioners expired. The names of the legal heirs have been mentioned in the Application.

In view of the facts stated in the Application, the Application is allowed as prayed for. The legal heirs to be brought on record within one week. The Application stands disposed of.
