Considering the fact that election process has reached a stage where, what is left is only voting on 10.07.2025; the argument, that the authorities below have committed serious error of law, firstly by the Returning Officer by not deciding the objection put forth by the petitioner and secondly by the Appellate Authority keeping the appeal pending for substantial time, defeating the purpose of filing the appeal, can well be canvassed in the proceedings under Section 91 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, which is an efficacious remedy available to the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain the petition.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of by keeping open all the points.
