Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Perused the set of the charge-sheet filed along with the application.

The role attributed to these applicants is that these applicants had gathered at the spot of incident to enable the assailants to carryout attack without any hindrance. The main accused Shiva alias Shivaji had been granted bail on the ground that the complainant herself was not sure as to who were the assailants and there was a doubt about the identity of the main accused. The applicants stand even on better footing than those already released on bail. In the circumstances, this application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the order.

The application is allowed.

2/3 It is directed that the applicants be released on bail on each of them furnishing a P.B. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum on the conditions that they shall attend regularly the Court on the dates fixed in the matter, shall cooperate with the Court in expeditious disposal of the case against them and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
