By this writ petition, the petitioner was praying for his release on parole.

Today, when this petition was taken up for admission, learned counsel Shri Rahul Dhande for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri S.M.Ghodeswar for the State, submitted before the Court that while undergoing sentence, the petitioner passed away on 16.9.2019 in morning at 7:12 at Amravati General Hospital, Amravati.

Their statement is accepted.
