JULY 2, 2025 The petitioner - plaintiff has approached this Court against an order, where the trial Court has refused to grant ad interim relief because the defendant appeared. The order, thus, indicates that the petitioner - plaintiff may press for interim relief.

2] That being so, I am not inclined to interfere with the order impugned in supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

3] The petition is dismissed. No costs.
