13th June, 2017 Prayer is to condone delay in filing the Second Appeal. Reasons for delay are mentioned in paragraph no.2 of the application.

Prayer is opposed by learned counsel appearing for non-applicant nos. 1 to 7 who are the original plaintiffs. It is submitted that reasons assigned are not sufficient.

Considering the averments made in the application along with Medical Certificate placed on record, I do not find that delay has been deliberately caused. The same is accordingly condoned.
