The application is for condonation of delay in moving the application for review.

Mrs. Munshi, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 - Zilla Parishad, points out that the petitioner had in the meanwhile retired from the services of the Municipal Council.

These aspects can be looked into when the prayer for review is examined on merits.
