It appears that matter was dismissed on 17/07/2023 and application was immediately moved on 21/07/2023. The reasons for non presence of respondent is heavy rain and traffic, when the matter was called out, is justifiable. As such, application is allowed. 2.

Civil Application No.213/2020 along with Second Appeal No.12356/2019 are restored on its original numbers.
