The order dated 2-7-2019 passed by the respondent No.1Scheduled Tribe Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nagpur, invalidating the claim of the petitioner for 'Mana Scheduled Tribe', is hereby quashed and set aside. 2.

The claim of the petitioner for 'Mana Scheduled Tribe', which is an entry at Serial No.18 in the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950 is held to be valid and the Committee is accordingly directed to issue forthwith the caste validity certificate in the name of the petitioner.
