DATED : 27-02-2025 The only grievance, is that in pursuance to the communication dated 21.8.2023 by the Dy Director of Education, pointing out discrepancies in the proposal to include the name of the petitioner in the Shalarth ID, it is contended pointing to the communication dated 10.6.24 (p24) that the discrepancies have been removed on account of which Deputy Director of Education be directed to decide the proposal. Learned AGP appears for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Considering the nature of the issue, we dispose of this petition, by directing the Deputy Director of Education to decide the proposal for including the name of petitioner in the Shalarth ID, in terms of the law is applicable.
