Shri Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that as on today, this Court has not issued any notice in the matter.

The petitioners seek expeditious disposal of Misc. Judicial Case No.33/2013 pending on the file of Principal District Judge, Bhandara. Submission is that the order framing scheme and appointing trustees under Section 50-A of the

2808wp4910.15 2/2 Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950 passed on 8/5/2013 has been stayed in those proceedings since May 2013. Thus, administration of Public Trust and persons interested therein are suffering.

We are not inclined to interfere at this stage. However, we grant petitioners liberty to move the concerned Court for expeditious disposal. If the request is not considered by that Court, we give liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court again with similar request.

Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition. No costs.
