The CAF No. 2046/2024 is filed for extension of time for depositing the enhanced amount of compensation. 3.

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the cheque of the enhanced amount of compensation is ready. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the appellant, the applications deserve to be allowed. As such, the applications are allowed.

Registry is directed to accept the cheque of the amount.

The First Appeal No. 892/2012 along with CrossObjection No. 36/2012 has been disposed of by this Court by judgment dated 11/11/2019.

In view of this position, the cross-objector is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 26,07,700/- along with interest accrued thereon.

Registry is directed to pay said amount to the cross-objector.
