Heard Shri B.G. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri A.S. Fulzele, learned Acting GP for the respondents, for sometime.

The petitioner, claiming to be a Project Affected Persons, seeks employment. The submission is, not a single post has been filled in through that category in last seven years.

The learned Acting GP points out that this Court has not still issued notice, however, mandamus has been sought without making any demand.

We have perused the papers and find that the petitioner on 21.05.2013, has obtained some information under Right to Information Act. However, based upon it, he has not made any demand. The information supplied about four years back to him reveals that at least till then no vacancy was filled in from the category of Project Affected Person. The petitioner claims that he is continuing on contract basis since last about seven years.

In this situation, we grant the petitioner leave to make appropriate representation to Respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 3 within three weeks from today. If such a representation is made, the concerned respondent shall look into it as per law within next three months.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
