The respondent Nos.1 to 3 have filed this application to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant Insurance Company.

All the three respondents have applied to withdraw the amount. The office has raised an objection for withdrawing the amount of respondent No.3 as the name is mentioned in the array of the respondents as Devkabai Dhanraj Bhondwe and she has produced the Aadhaar Card as Devki Dhanraj Bhondwe.

The respondent No.3 has filed on record the affidavit of herself, her son and her daughter stating that she is the same person whose name is mentioned as Devkabai. 4.

On perusal of said documents on record, it is clear that she is one and the same person. Therefore, the application is allowed.

The respondent No.3 is allowed to withdraw the share of her claim.

The office objection does not survive as the application is allowed.
