The present application is filed by the applicants for disbursement of amount in the name of 'Kamalabai Devidas Rakhonde'.

It appears that in the bank account, her name is shown as Smt. Kamal Devidas Rakhonde so also in Adhar Card, her name is shown as Kamal Devidasrao Rakhonde, whereas in Claim Petition, it was shown as Smt. Kamalabai Devidas Rakhonde. 3.

The relevant documents are already filed along with Pursis before Registry. The application is supported by affidavit. As such, permission is granted to amend the cause title by adding the name Kamal after the name Kamlabai i.e. Kamalabai @ Kamal. 4.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within one week.
