It is not in dispute that the controversy is covered by the judgment dated 14.09.2017 in Writ Petition No. 3057 of 2017.

We find that the approval given to employment of the petitioner as Trained Shikshan Sevak on 28.11.2013 has been cancelled by the Education Officer only on 10.02.2017.

In this situation, for the same reasons and with similar directions and observations as contained in judgment dated 14.09.2017, we allow present writ petition. No order as to costs.
