Heard.

This is an application for withdrawal of 25% of the amount deposited in the Court.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.1/claimant contended that vide order dated 10th October, 2017 this court has allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant with liberty to apply for withdrawal of further 25% of the total amount on making out a case for withdrawal of the same.

Learned counsel for other side, have no objection for the same.

Hence the Civil Application is hereby allowed. The respondent no.1/claimant is allowed to withdraw 25% of the total amount deposited by appellant on furnishing usual undertaking

19.07.caf.2060.18 before Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, within four weeks from the date of this order. The remaining amount shall be deposited in fixed deposit of any nationalised Bank initially for a period of three years. The Application is allowed accordingly and disposed of.
