DATED : 27-1 -202 We enquired from the learned counsel for the petitioners why the remedy under the provisions of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 is not available and the response is that since the petitioners are working as part time employees on contingent basis, the remedy is not available.

We reject the submission.

In our considered view, the grievance can be agitated before the Central Administrative Tribunal, which is also the stand of the respondents.
