This Court has decided First Appeal on 19.06.2019 and granted enhanced compensation of Rs.18,91,908/- alongwith accrued interest and all statutory benefit. This Court has directed to the appellant to pay deficit court on Rs.7,91,908/-.

Perused the B file. As per the endorsement of Registry, the appellant has already paid court fee of Rs.20,410/-. The appellant has to pay court fee of Rs.20,430/-. The appellant has to pay deficit court fee of Rs.20/- only.

In view of the above, sub-para (iii) of para no. 13 of the judgment in First Appeal No. 604 of 2012 is deleted and the appellant is directed to pay deficit court fee of Rs.20/-.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
