Applicants have filed this application for grant of early hearing by fixed date on the ground that some of the applicants are senior citizen and are suffering from ailments, therefore, they have requested for hearing of the appeal by fixed date for which learned counsel for respondents objected.

It is pertinent to note that by order dated 21.10.2021 this appeal is admitted.

Having considered the said fact as well as submission of appellants and respondents, I deem it appropriate to dispose of all the matters arising out of Bombay Public Trust Act by keeping the said matters for final hearing in due course.
