By order dated 09/03/2018, it was proposed that Shri A.D. Babrekar, Retired Principal District Judge, Amravati should be the Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties, and the Registrar (J.) was asked to seek disclosure from him as per Sections 11 (8) and 12 (1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short "the Act of 1996"). By communication dated 30/03/2018, Shri A.D.
Babrekar, Retired Principal District Judge has informed that he is willing to act as Arbitrator in the matter however, the disclosure as required by Section 12 (1) of the Act of 1996 is not submitted by the proposed learned Arbitrator. In view of the above, the following order is passed:-

O R D E R
a) Shri A.D. Babrekar, Retired Principal District Judge is appointed as the Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties.
b) The learned Arbitrator shall enter the office of Arbitration after submitting the disclosure as per Section 12 (1) of the Act of 1996.
c) The applicant shall deposit Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) towards processing charges within four weeks.
d) The application is allowed in the above terms. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
