We permit the petitioner to appear before the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Wardha on 09.12.2024 based on the representation/application dated 12.03.2024, produced at Annexure-10 to the petition.

We direct the said Authority to decide the representation/application of the petitioner, if so required, after hearing the respondent no.5, expeditiously and in any case within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this order.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
