By this application, the respondent/applicant seeking withdrawal of sum of Rs.18,41,322/-along with accrued interest, which is deposited in this Court. 3.

During the pendency of the First Appeal, the appellant (Acquiring Body) has deposited the said amount. Though the First Appeal was allowed, however the Supreme Court has reversed the said order by restoring the Award passed by the Reference Court. 4.

In the above background, the learned Counsel for the applicant (claimant) seeks for withdrawal. 5.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader has conceded the position.

In view of that, we see no difficulty in allowing the application. Hence the application is allowed. 7.

The amount of Rs.18,41,322/- along with accrued interest be disbursed to the claimant/applicant on simple usual undertaking.
