Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal as per the Pursis Form 'N' in the National Lok Adalat dated 17/03/2019 and the entire decretal amount has been deposited in the High Court, Nagpur. No reason to refuse prayer, as no cross appeal is reported. Respondents (claimants) are allowed to withdraw the amount deposited with accrued interest.
