The petitioner joined services as Junior Clerk and his services were approved as such on 22.8.2014. He was later on upgraded as an Assistant Teacher and approval was given on 18.4.2016. By impugned order dated 6.5.2017, the approval given to his employment as Clerk has been cancelled. Submission of petitioner is, indirectly his post and working as Assistant Teacher is also affected.

It is not in dispute that controversy is covered by judgment and order dated 14.9.2017 delivered in Writ Petition No. 3057/2017 and other connected matters.

Hence, for reasons recorded therein with same observations and directions, we allow this Writ Petition. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE sahare
