DATE : 08/09/2022 The present application is filed by respondents for withdrawal of amount deposited by the appellant. The first appeal came to be dismissed on 11/04/2018. As such the respondents are entitled for the amount so deposited by the appellant in this Court. Therefore, application is allowed.

The respondents-applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,60,653/- along with accrued interest thereon.

The Registry is directed to disburse the amount in favour of respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
