The petitioners claim salary because of interim orders passed on 9th December, 2015 in Writ Petition No.2621 of 2015. The civil application is taken out by three persons claiming to be the Members of Ad hoc Committee of the School.
In this situation, without prejudice to the rival contentions and to avoid further technical objections, we grant the civil application and the applicants are added as respondent Nos.6 to 8. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks.
wp.4018.16 2 Shri Borkar, learned Counsel waives service of notice for the added respondents. The respondents to file their reply, if any, within next two weeks.
List the petition along with Writ Petition No.2621 of 2015 on that date.
