Civil Application (CAW) No.1816 of 2022 seeks condonation of delay in bringing the legal heirs of respondent no.22 on record, Civil Application No.1817 of 2022 seeks to bring the legal heirs of respondent no.22 on record and Civil Application No.1818 of 2022 seeks setting aside abatement of the respondent no.22. 2.

Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for the petitioner, undertakes at any costs, in case the applications are allowed, the legal heirs of the

(2) 903.A.wp.1867.2020 respondent no.22 would be served before 6.9.2022. Accepting the statement, the applications are allowed. WRIT PETITION NO.1867 OF 2020 1.

The order dated 3.8.2022 insofar as it relates abatement as against the respondent no.22, is recalled. The amendment to the petition be carried out forthwith. On the same being done, issue notice to the added respondent, returnable on 6.9.2022.
